A consent form can be downloaded here. Each person under the age of 18yrs must bring the completed consent form with them on the day of play, if their parents are not in attendance. A parent, legal guardian or responsible adult must always remain on hand. One adult must be on hand per 10 children under the age of 18 yrs. Hot Shots caters for multiple groups and activities over a large area.

The venue can be busy and noisy; especially at the times groups are arriving or leaving. For safety reasons and also because they will get bored we cannot cater for infants or children who are not participating. Games can only be postponed or rescheduled with a minimum of 24hrs notice. Deposits cannot be refunded due to staff commitments if a reschedule or cancellation is not provided with sufficient notice.
