Here to help program

Thank you both. Thank you so much for taking the time, your time, to help me. Please continue your good works and know just how much you all mean to those you help. Thanks again for coming out to meet me at Volunteers of America! That alone made me really made feel special God Bless you guys again and may you guys be around forever. I want to start off by saying thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The contribution you have made to me and my family is immeasurable. Having a vehicle will allow me the opportunity to move up into higher paying positions at my company.

I can now begin to help relieve many of the financial burdens that my family currently faces, and improve the quality of our lives. This is my first car, and I will remember the pride I felt when I drove off of the lot for the rest of my life. Words cannot express the relief that having reliable transportation to my place of work has brought me. Thank you for helping to change the life and future of my student here at Focus Hope.

Your generous and quick response to our request for assistance is allowing Brian to begin his job with the peace of mind everyone should be afforded. We all felt speechless as we received the news of your gift of assistance and I could see in his face how he felt this was almost too good to be true and he didn't want that moment of happiness and change to end.

This help has profoundly affected every aspect of my life. My 10 year old son has told me when he grows up he wants to work for people who help other people! My gratitude forever to you all! I would truly like to thank both of you for helping to purchase an engine for my vehicle. Being a single parent and having my household relying solely on my income made it very hard for me to save enough money to purchase an engine.

But thanks to angels that are sent into our lives good things can happen. Again I really am grateful and very appreciative of all your good works. Maybe one day I will be blessed financially to give back to those who have helped me. May GOD bless the both of you. I recently did follow-ups for some of my clients and I wanted to let you know that they all are progressing towards achieving their goals.

Some have achieved their goals and are maintaining self-sufficiency. As a social worker I encounter many people in need. I wanted to take this time to say how much appreciated I am to have such a dynamic resource to help the people in time of need. The one-time grants have made such a difference in so many peoples lives. I am truly overwhelmed and appreciate what the Here To Help Foundation is doing to assist fellow human beings who find themselves in temporary challenging situations.

Here To Help Foundation gives people hope and inspiration to continue to forge ahead. I wanted to write and thank you for your help, it was truly a lifesaver for me. I have been trying really hard to turn my life around and thanks to the help of the Here to Help Foundation I feel that my life is back on track to doing that. The truth is that I'm not used to getting a lot of help.

It has always seemed to me that when you need help the most is when you can get help the least. So I just want to say thank you so very, very much for your help. May you be blessed today and always. Thanks for all that you do and God Bless you and your contributors; for what you do makes a big difference in people's lives, especially when they're starting over or just getting started. Thank you on behalf of all of them.

You all are an ineradicable help to our community! I can not express how much your organization makes a difference everyday. You all are truly appreciated! Thank you so very much for the grant I received from your Foundation. I was literally drowning and you saved me. I am so thankful and appreciative. After being told "No" from other organizations it comes as a huge shock to me that you were willing to help and it is hard to express my gratitude in words.

But, once again, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I just finished reading your most recent newsletter and just wanted to say thanks-the stories are so compelling and I know how hard it would have been for these individuals to find help before the Here to Help Foundation.

You're doing a wonderful thing for our community and the impact you're making is huge! Thank you so very much! Mary called me Saturday afternoon, to let me know she is a recipient of your help. She was ecstatic!!! Your organization is so very needed, helpful, and welcome in these difficult economic times. Thank you again. I want to thank you for providing my family with means of transportation, and assist me in getting back and forth to work.

I realize that individuals like you are not easy to come by and I am so fortunate that you and Here to Help found your way into my life. You are selfless and kind and your generosity and assistance will always be remembered and appreciated beyond words. This is fantastic news! My client appreciates this more than you know! I just got off the phone with her and gave her all the details and she plans to speak to the shop today about getting her car in ASAP.

Again thank you so so much! I just want you all to know how much you have empowered this young lady. I can see the tension is her face and shoulders relaxing.

Thank you so much for making this possible. Thanks for all you do!!! I'm so overwhelmed with your act of kindness and support. The world around us changes so fast that sometimes you lose your way. With the support of the "Here to Help Foundation" you have restored my faith that there are "Angels" right here on earth.

The Foundation has made it possible for me to focus on my career objectives in the coming weeks without worries of mounting bills. People don't believe in random acts of kindness, but I'm proof that it really happens. Please continue to keep up the wonderful work in giving everyday people a chance to reach for the "Stars. GOD withhold no good thing from this Foundation.

Bless them beyond measure. Much love. Thank you so much for your assistances with my car repair. I appreciated it so much and it means the world to me. There is no way I could have gotten it fixed otherwise and I think it's wonderful what you do for people.

This is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me and it took so much stress off my mind. I just wanted to take the time out and thank you Robin and Bob, I am so appreciative of the generous donation towards my car.

You have helped me sooooooooooo much with getting to work and school easily especially in this snow and cold weather. Again thank you so much and God bless. I would like to thank you on behalf of Ms. She telephoned me this morning with such gratitude. I want to share in your optimism and believe that your help will be the motivation to keep her moving in the right direction. I believe that helping her at this time in her life will restore hope in her that she needs that will trickle down to her children.

I cannot tell you how much this means to me, I am literally in tears because of your generosity and kindness, this is such a huge stepping stone for me, that will not only insure my continued employment at Ford, but it will also provide me with the means to move out and get my own place. It is simply wonderful to know that there are people like you and the volunteers at here to help in this world! Thank you so much for helping and blessing me with my new Grand Prix car. I am truly grateful and appreciative of your tremendous generosity.

Life has gotten a lot easier. Again, thank you so much!! Grace and Peace to all of you, and I would first like to begin by saying thank you.

This has been some kind of journey for me. I have to say I have never been in this place or season of my life before. When I think about helping people I am reminded of the story I have heard all my life of giving a man apple seeds versus an apple. Your foundation did just that for my son and me. I purchased an Infinity with the help of your organization about ten days ago so that I could get to work.

This is great news for someone on his or her way out of a financial challenge. I am thankful to God for people and organizations with vision to attend to the less fortunate, the struggling, or financially challenged as I like to say. December 20, at am. December 23, at pm. Thanks for sharing your experience, and I encourage others to do the same so that I can forward them without your names.

Anyone have a positive experience? December 21, at am. I have been tapering off suboxone for a little of over 2 years now. I do believe my doc is frustrated as well although he has been very patient. In an effort to aid me he recommended that I use the here-to-help hotline. Pretty much insisted on it. I was very skeptical. I had good reason to be skeptical.

It is completely lame! It is scripted. If I would interupt my person would backtrack a little and repeat word for word what she had said before I was so rude. She would seem to start saying something and then stop and say you should talk to your doctor about that.

No help whatsoever! December 26, at am. However I did enroll and I agree with most of what has already been said. For anyone who has read and researched on the internet, it is old or useless information. Often I know more than they do about suboxone.

They are scripted, and every call is recorded. I can often get my guy off track I specifically requested a male, which for some reason was like asking to move a mountain by talking about the pharmokenetics or argue about whether sub is an opiate of course it is. So no more HTH. I was a bit taken aback by your comment about only receiving a few donations. I donated 30 a few weeks ago maybe a couple months ago via Pay Pal for generously answering my questions.

I know you like newer research so here is one I found. It is about inducing withdrawal with naltrexone then rescuing with sub. My question is, obviously the sub has a higher affinity for the receptors than naltrexone for the rescue to work, but would the same thing work with oxycontin followed by naltrexone followed by a sub rescue?

December 27, at pm. Of course though, I go back to using. I am not happy at all, with HTH. I only muddle through it because I have to. It poses absolutely no benefit to me or my recovery, except for the simple fact that I have to do it. They talk to me about a goal, how I can achieve it, and anything that might be a danger to my recovery in the upcoming week.

Here to Help is a partnership of employees helping employees, opening their hearts to the needs of ProMedica employees nationwide. Yolanda faced unimaginable grief, mourning the loss of her son who loved bike rides and art, and wanted to be a cartoonist when he grew up.

Without the grant, I would not have been able to bury my son.
