Microsoft keyboard model 1002 bluetooth

Thanks for your feedback. I have a Microsoft keyboard elite for Bluetooth model and it has stopped working. The computer recognizes it but when I go to press the keys on the keyboard still nothing. I have password protected my account on my computer so I can't log in there as the administrator and I cannot make any changes on any of the other accounts.

What can I do to bypass my password on my account so I can try to get this working or another keyboard working? I am sending this question from my smartphone, keep in mind I cannot do anything with my computer because my Bluetooth keyboard is not working and I cannot login to my account on my computer. The other accounts on my computer to do not have administrator privileges. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.

These solutions were already readily available in other documentation and did not work. As I stated before "i t appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

There is no default PIN for this device. I also attempted to connect the device to my Win10 laptop and it also generated PIN number see attached image.

The problem is that I have previously attempted to pair my Win10 mobile device and the pairing process timed out before I was able to enter the PIN. So it now appears that it is expecting me to type in a PIN that my Win10 phone previously briefly gave me, but for which I do not remember and had no means to record.

If that's the case, you may need to reset your phone to get this sorted out. This process will remove everything stored on your phone, so make sure to create a backup before proceeding to avoid data loss.
